I had a pleasant experience overall. my King Suite on the 10th floor was spacious and well-equipped, which made my stay comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I particularly appreciated the warm cookies upon check-in. However, I found the lack of a pool and some cleanliness issues in certain areas a bit disappointing. but I would definitely return for the positive aspects.
